CSI 09 77 13
NEXA Track is a rigid PVC extrusion for building stretched fabric wall and ceiling panels. The track is stapled directly to drywall, plywood, or framing. Acoustic or tackable infill sits behind it, and fabric is stretched over the face and tucked into the serrated jaw. Kerf on site for curved walls — no heat required.

Six steps to a seamless wall.
Standard tools. No heat, no adhesive, no visible fasteners.
Lay out & cut
Cut track to length with a fine-tooth blade.
Staple perimeter
Staple track to substrate; midwall track at panel joints.
Cut infill
Trim acoustic or tackable infill to fit the bay.
Set infill
Place infill behind the track — no adhesive.
Stretch fabric
Pull fabric over the face; tuck into the serrated jaw.
Trim & finish
Trim excess. Seamless, tensioned, no fasteners showing.

Kerfed on site. No heat.
NEXA Track is field-kerfed for curved walls and columns — score the back, snap to the radius, staple. No heat gun. No special tooling. Minimum radius depends on profile and substrate; confirm on a sample before ordering.
